Terms of Service

Effective August 25, 2026

License access

VNEO licenses are personal, time-limited where stated, and may not be resold, shared, reverse engineered, or used to interfere with the service. Device resets and account recovery may require verification.

Usage telemetry

Operating the desktop application sends the session, performance, hardware, foreground-application, detection, and aim-active metrics described in the Privacy Policy. These records support account features, service reliability, abuse prevention, and performance recommendations.

Shared files

Only `.onnx` models and `.vneo` configurations may be shared. You must know and trust the sender before accepting a file. Do not send malware, deceptive files, copyrighted material you lack permission to distribute, or content intended to compromise another user. VNEO may block, retain evidence of, or remove risky shares.

Community safety

Sexual content involving minors, advocacy of child abuse, or jokes that sexualize minors are prohibited. Violations result in immediate license revocation and removal from the VNEO community, including for lifetime license holders.

Abuse and fraud

Trial evasion, credential theft, payment fraud, service attacks, harassment, and attempts to bypass device or license controls may result in suspension or permanent termination.

Device enforcement

VNEO uses the browser, device-cookie, network, and hashed WebGL-derived abuse-prevention signals described in the Privacy Policy to enforce trial limits and account or device bans. Attempting to conceal, spoof, rotate, or otherwise evade these controls is prohibited. Incorrect enforcement can be appealed through the VNEO community.

Availability

Features, compatible hardware, releases, and service availability may change. Access can be interrupted for maintenance, security work, or events beyond reasonable control.

Refunds and liability

Purchases are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. VNEO is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected license where permitted by law.
