Information collected
We process usernames, password hashes, license records, hashed network and device identifiers, browser risk signals, device specifications, release activity, crash reports, support messages, and an optional Discord account ID. When VNEO is running, we also collect session duration, aim-active duration, detection counts and timing, pipeline performance, overlay frame rate, foreground executable names and duration, and periodic CPU, GPU, RAM, and VRAM utilization.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, enforce license limits, prevent trial abuse and fraud, deliver downloads, diagnose crashes, provide your usage profile, make hardware-specific performance recommendations, operate support and moderation tools, and protect the service.
Browser and WebGL abuse-prevention signals
Sign-in and trial pages derive a first-party device signal from WebGL vendor, renderer and capability values together with coarse browser-reported hardware, screen and platform properties. The browser converts these values into a one-way digest before transmission, and VNEO applies an additional keyed hash before storage. We do not retain a rendered canvas image. These required signals are used to detect trial reuse and enforce account or device bans across browsers where the available device characteristics remain consistent; browser privacy controls or hardware changes may limit consistency.
Security and retention
Passwords are one-way hashed, license secrets are encrypted, and device and network identifiers are stored as keyed hashes where practical. Security and audit records may be retained after a device reset or account enforcement action to preserve forensic history.
File sharing and reputation checks
Models and configurations you choose to share are stored privately and disclosed only to the selected recipient through expiring links. VNEO records the file name, type, size, cryptographic hash, sender, recipient, response, and available reputation results. Hashes may be checked with VirusTotal when scanning is enabled; VNEO does not automatically submit unknown private files for public analysis.
Sharing with processors
Service providers may process limited data for hosting, private storage, file reputation, network risk analysis, payments, and Discord integration. We do not sell personal information.
Choices
You may disable optional share reputation checks, decline incoming files, disconnect Discord from the dashboard, and request account or enforcement assistance through the VNEO community. Browser and device abuse-prevention signals are required for sign-in and trial issuance. Security, license, ban, and sharing records may be retained to prevent fraud and protect other users.
